The house was named Finca Guillola because it's just a 5-minute walk from the famous Guillola cove, famous for its crystal-clear waters and seabed. The house was built by the architect Bombelli in the 1980s and completely renovated in 2021.

The Finca is a private estate of 11 hectares of olive trees, shrubs and cacti, endemic to Cap de Creus. Once inside the finca, no buildings are visible, only the trees, sea and hills that surround the house.
