The house has been named Finca Guillola because it is just a 5-minute walk from the famous Guillola cove, famous for its crystal-clear waters and seabed. The house was built by the architect Bombelli in the 1980s and completely renovated in 2021. The finca consists of 11 hectares of private grounds planted with olive trees, shrubs and cacti, endemic to Cap de Creus. Once inside the finca, there are no buildings in sight, just the trees, the sea and the hills that surround the house.
There is a small, secure swimming pool for children, 2 outdoor dining rooms, 4 en suite double bedrooms (each with its own private bathroom and toilet), and 2 additional bedrooms. It sleeps 12 people. Finca Guillola is located just ten minutes by car, quad bike or scooter from the centre of Cadaqués, a remarkable compromise for enjoying the hustle and bustle of this fashionable village while enjoying the luxury of tranquillity and nature as far as the eye can see.
