Compliance with building standards
All our residences, hotels and chalets comply with current standards (RT2012, RE2020, DTU, handicapped access, acoustic, seismic, etc.).
Since 2022, our new housing projects have included the RE2020 Environmental Regulations, a more ambitious and demanding standard for the construction industry, which is part of a continuous and progressive drive towards more energy-efficient buildings.

Materials used
To ensure the sustainability of our buildings, we favour concrete, stone and wood construction, with thermal insulation from the outside to minimise energy consumption. In particular, we favour the use of old, salvaged wood, which improves aesthetics while offering a sustainable solution, as it no longer requires any treatment (stain or paint).
Where the use of new wood is necessary, particularly for the structural elements of buildings (framework, etc.), we prefer to use factory-treated wood (kiln-dried, heat-treated) to ensure the durability of the material and reduce the use of stains during installation and for routine maintenance.
Building in the mountains requires a lot of wood (structure, framework, cladding, parquet flooring, panelling, kitchens, fittings, etc.). We therefore pay close attention to the origin of the wood used in our constructions, giving preference to softwood species from France or Europe.
When it comes to earthworks, local solutions are favoured for the excavated material, to limit transport to the valleys and reduce the carbon footprint. We give preference to local companies to reduce the carbon impact of the companies working on our sites and contribute to the economic development of the mountain villages near our projects.
