This brand new residence is located in the historic and lively center of Nanterre and close to the “Defense business district” and Paris.
Herold offers 11 comfortable rooms (from 11 to 18 m²) to its residents, each with its own bathroom, office, high-end bedding and high-speed Internet.
Residents will be able to bask in the 100 m² of outdoor equipped spaces (table tennis, barbecue, sofas, hammock, etc.), relax in the cinema room and spend time in the fitness room richly equipped with bicycles, rowers and other sports equipment.
A set of services is included in the final rent in order to keep a controlled budget (home insurance, energy consumption, small consumables, broadband internet and household).
To improve the experience, residents have access to an optional range of services: electric bikes, sports coaching classes or concierge services. Residents can customize their stay through a mobile app allowing them to book services, participate in exclusive events and manage their daily lives live.
